Week commencing 3rd August 2026

We continue with our roof steel installation which is planned to complete by the end of this week. Along with this some 2nd floor steel installation will start and our 1st floor steel will be delivered to site.

The front lightwell continues to be underpinned for all of next week also while we prepare to start our 2nd stage underpinning internally.

We will complete the roof steelwork by around the 11th allowing the joisting out to create the structure of the roof. Further 2nd floor steelwork will proceed with some additional steels for 1st floor
