Week commencing 1st June

Our scaffold will be complete this week allowing full access all around the building. Our rear steel box frame is also being installed along with temporary steel work support to the front bay. Once the above 2 steel work items are installed we can recommence underpinning and excavation to our stage 2 underpinning phase.

Week ending 22.05.26

Our scaffold is 80% erected and is on track to be complete by close of next week. Underpinning to the 1st stage is complete internally and steelwork continues up through the building. The completion of the scaffold due end of next week, releases much further works internally and externally to the vault and lightwell.

Week ending 8th May 2026

Scaffold preparation has been implemented to enable the install to commence Monday 11th. Forming of 1st stage underpinning is drawing to an end with 2 left internally. Steelwork is continuing and some works to the front lightwell has commenced.
