Week endin g 12.12.25

We have now cleared floors 3rd to ground floor and commence the final level in the next day - namely the lower ground floor strip out.

The front hoarding has commenced also now and we are on track to complete these first phase works next week prior to the xmas shut down.

Week ending 21.11.25

Works are progressing well with the strip out achieving a further level completed by the close of the week. The site cabin to the rear garden is also complete now. We anticipate being complete around by the 17th December for this year which is our first phase preparation works.

Week ending 14/11/25

Our internal strip out works are progressing well with 2 floors cleared of fixtures and fittings back to bear stud walls and joisted ceilings.

To the rear garden our site cabin is also progressing well, which will house our Project/Site management team, a canteen/WC and meeting room as well as a very well much needed drying room when our staff need to dry their clothes overnight.

Lastly, we have had several meetings this week with our security engineers, structural engineers, scaffolders and MEP contractors on site.

We hope to have another floor cleared by close next Friday 21^st November.
