Week ending 20.03.26

Works are progressing well on site. Underpinning is in good flow with circa 12 pins constructed. The steelwork is due to commence manufacture and should be on site being installed on site in circa 3 weeks time. The chimneys are currently being removed internally following the install of temporary support works.

Week ending 20/02/26

Works are progressing well on site with the 4 lead baes and underpins constructed and being concrete poured next week. These are the key bases for the steel wind posts that run up both sides of the building and are the key supports for the steel frame to be installed.

Our gantry to the road with conveyor will shortly be completed and then clad with screen printed design panels. We have had our first 3 grab lorries attend and remove the spoil from site.

Week ending 06/02/26

Structural works have now begun on site with the super structure team now on site. Activities planned for the next 2 weeks include formation of pins, further demo, scaffold gantry for the conveyor and lowering levels to the lower ground floor with removal of slab and earth. Once the gantry is complete we will complete our hoarding around the gantry with screen printed logo boards.
