Works commencing this week comprise continuation of roof demo, installing some of the roof steels and installation of part of the 2nd floor steelwork. Along with strengthening to front bay and continuation of the front lightwell underpinning. Lastly final phase of Temp works to chimneys at 3rd floor.

Week commencing 22nd June 2026

The steelwork to the 3rd floor will complete this week and the goal post steel to the rear doors is completed. Scaffold is being wrapped now in monoflex allowing the roof demolition to commence. Padst
